Do you take a percentage of my royalties?
No. Norvex charges a flat fee for the professional services included in your agreement. You retain your publishing rights and royalties, and retailer payments are directed to the accounts registered in your name.
What is included in the confirmed price?
Your scope identifies the services, deliverables, review stages, responsibilities, and payment terms included in the confirmed price. Any work not listed in that scope is discussed separately before it is added.
Can the price change after work begins?
The confirmed price does not change unless you request additional work, expand the project, or change the approved requirements. Any revised cost is explained and approved before that additional work begins.
Do I have to purchase a complete package?
No. You may select an individual service or choose a package containing several related services. The right option depends on your manuscript stage, completed work, preferred formats, and current publishing requirements.
Are free publishing resources charged separately?
We do not add invented charges for resources that providers offer free. You may still pay for professional setup, file preparation, account configuration, submission work, or project management included within your selected service.
