Call us or submit your manuscript and project details. Our team reviews the materials, selected formats, completed work, and publishing requirements before confirming the service scope.

We Prepare the Approved Work
Your assigned project contact coordinates the file preparation, formatting, cover work, metadata, account setup, and platform tasks included in your confirmed service.

You Review and Approve
You review the final files, book details, pricing, categories, and platform settings before the approved editions are submitted for publication.

Publishing Setup Is Completed
The selected print and ebook editions are prepared for the approved publishing and distribution channels. Your accounts, rights, and royalties remain under your control.

Still deciding? Here are the answers authors ask most before they call, covering your rights, your costs, and how the process actually works.
Do I keep the rights to my book?
Yes. You keep 100% of your rights, royalties, and final files. Norvex completes the approved work, but your manuscript and accounts stay in your name from day one.
Are the prices flat, or will there be extra fees later?
The package price is flat. What you see is what you pay for the work listed. If your book needs something outside the package, we tell you the cost before any work starts, never after.
Whose name are the publishing accounts under?
Yours. We open or set up KDP, IngramSpark, and every retailer account under your name and details, with login access under your control. You are the publisher of record, not Norvex.
How long until my book is live?
It depends on the package, from five days for Digital Start to around ten for the full format tiers. Your assigned US based contact confirms the exact timeline before work begins.
Do I have to give up Kindle Unlimited or go exclusive?
No. Our terms are non exclusive, so enrolling in Kindle Unlimited or selling anywhere else stays your decision.
I already started publishing on my own. Can you still help?
Yes. Call us and our team reviews what you have already done and what is left, then confirms the scope before anything moves forward.
What if I am not happy with the files?
You review and approve every file, cover, and listing detail before anything goes live. Nothing is published until you sign off.
Can you help with editing or marketing too?
Yes. Editing, cover design, and marketing are separate services we can add. Call and we will point you to what your book actually needs, nothing it does not.
